*Where We Are Going*

The Long-term vision of Hands and Feet includes three services.

​

​

 

One is to build real homes for folks that are deeply below the poverty line and would really struggle to ever own a home the traditional way. 

 

Two is have a free Lawn care & Cleaning service to care for the homes of the elderly as well as low income single parent households.

​

 

Three is kinda wild … something I haven’t seen before, but a idea placed on my heart years ago. A free boarding school for inner city kids on beautiful grounds with lovely architecture. An environment of class & wealth for those who would never have the chance to see that on a daily basis. Now this school would be academically astute as well as sculpt fundamental habits for a successful life. Such as a structured schedule, daily chores (cleaning, cooking, grounds keeping, etc.), sports & other group/team oriented clubs, plus weekly spiritual studies.

 

I understand these are dreamy aspirations, but a quick search will show that $150 to $200 billion are donated per year in the Christian community. There's also the option of adding the services that we offer, as paid services for those who can afford it. Using that money to fund the non-profit work. Something “similar” to the YMCA, Salvation Army, & Habitat for Humanity to name a few. We are also in the midst of a technological revolution. The exponential growth of AI accompanied by dramatic developments in robotics and engineering. AI being able to manage scheduling, automated CRM’s, and much more that I am not yet familiar with. Then robotics and engineering, producing amazing machines such as a 3D printer that can print a whole home! 

 

Point being, where there is a will, there is a way. Especially if it's God's plan!

*How we will get there*

The First Year

 

Months 0 - 6: Pilot Home Care + basic Lawn Care

 

  • “Home Days” - Declutter, organize, trash removal, deep clean.

  • “Yard Days” -  Mowing, weed eating, edging blowing, pulling weeds, trimming bushes +(trees that are accessible)

Project Goals 

 

  • I (Isaac) + any volunteers able to join will aim to complete 3-10 homes a week with clear before/after pictures, videos, & for those willing… a testimony video. (Volume of projects will depend on the size of projects being taken on.)

  • Twice a month on Saturdays, a larger “Promoted” volunteer day taking on a whole home inside & out in one day!

 

 

Months 6 - 12: Upgrade Project Scope 

 

  • “Home Days” - Declutter, organize, trash removal, deep clean. + Painting 

  • “Yard Days” -  Mowing, weed eating, edging blowing, pulling weeds, trimming bushes +(trees that are accessible) + Mulching with weed paper and border rocks or pavers 

 

Project Goals 

 

  • I (Isaac) + any volunteers able to join will aim to complete 3-10 homes a week with clear before/after pictures, videos, & for those willing… a testimony video. (Volume of projects will depend on the size of projects being taken on.)

  • Twice a month on Saturdays, a larger “Promoted” volunteer day taking on a whole home inside & out I one day! + The New Upgraded Services 

 

Fundraising Goals for the YEAR

 

  • A Small Truck on lease(so if there is any repairs needed it does not need to be budgeted for/they will give a replacement vehicle while they fix it). (F-150 or Tacoma) with Branding 

  • Trailer that has high walls so it can haul trash, yard waist, & donations - as well as transport all the yard equipment

  • A zero turn Mower + gas powered Weed Eater, Edger, Pool Saw for basic tree trimming 

  • Savings to bring on other employees - (1-2 full time cleaners, 1-2  full time landscapers)

  • Savings for MISC. - Cleaning supplies, trash bags, yard bags, land fill fee’s, gas, paint, mulch, weed paper, pavers/stones, drinks for volunteers, & all the little things to bring the vision to life! 

  • Storage Unit

 

Side Note: Build a board of Directors that fear the Lord & Love People, understand our weaknesses & confront them for growth, Nurture a tight-knit volunteer community.  

 

 

The Second Year

Continue All we have been doing with these Improvements

 

Home Care

 

  • Standardized “Home Care” with a dedicated cleaner on staff.

  • The Pro maintains cleanings for those we have served in the past that need continual help. As well as assists with our other projects if time permits. 

 

Lawn Care

 

  • Standardized “Lawn Care” with a dedicated Landscaper on staff.

  • The Pro maintains yards for those we have served in the past that need continual help. As well as assists with our other projects if time permits.

 

 

Fundraising Goal’s for YEAR 2

 

  • Maintain current budget 

  • Save for Full home remodels in year 3/ Full time Skilled carpenter that can be a project supervisor as well

 

 

Year Three

 

Continue All we have been doing + Fully Remodel 2 Homes - East time roughly 3 months each. 

 

Fundraising Goals for YEAR 3

 

  • Maintain current budget 

  • Save for land with enough acreage to build a small community 

  • Save for One full home build in year 4

  • More staff if necessary 

 

 

Year Four

 

Continue All we have been doing + Clear land for building… save as many trees as we can haha! Build one new home for a young family in need.

  • Save for developing as much of land as possible in year Five.

  • More staff if necessary 

 

 

Year Five 

 

Continue All we have been doing + Build out the land we own to fit as many beautiful homes as possible.
